Director of Ballet Florida and graduate from The Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr. School of the Arts in 2007, where she later returned to and continued to teach and choreograph as an Artist in Residence. Lauren is a graduate of The Juilliard School where she received a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in 2011.

She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, sound healing facilitator, and Gong Master, known for creating immersive, intentional spaces that invite profound relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Blending gentle movement, breathwork, and the therapeutic resonance of gongs and Himalayan bowls, Sofia guides participants into a state of stillness where the body can unwind and the mind can soften. and overcome anxiety disorders through evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). His practice is fully virtual, allowing him to provide accessible, high-quality care to clients wherever they are most comfortable.
